renn.design 3D Scan License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between renn.design ("Licensor") and the individual or entity ("Licensee") purchasing or downloading any 3D scan or related digital file ("Asset") from renn.design.

1. Grant of License

Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Asset, subject to the terms outlined below.

Depending on the license tier purchased, usage is as follows:

• Personal License
  For personal, educational, or hobbyist use only
  No commercial use allowed
  May not be used in paid client projects, monetized media, or product development
• Commercial License
  Use in product design, engineering, manufacturing, or part development allowed
  Permitted to sell physical products derived from designs based on the Asset
  May use renders/screenshots of the Asset in marketing or media
  No redistribution or resale of the original or modified scan data itself

2. Restrictions

Licensee may not:

• Sell, share, or distribute the Asset or any derivative digital file that includes the raw or deformed scan data
• Upload the Asset to public repositories
• Claim the scan or geometry as original work

3. Ownership & Copyright

• All Assets are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws
• The original scan and its derivative forms remain the intellectual property of renn.design
• License grants usage rights, not ownership
